Dispatch & Processing Times

We process and dispatch orders Monday to Saturday, with orders typically shipped within 24 hours of purchase, subject to stock availability.

Orders placed after 12:00 AM on Saturday will be processed on the next working day.

While we aim to dispatch all orders within this timeframe, delays may occur during busy periods.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times from dispatch are as follows:

  • Ireland: 1–2 working days

  • Outside Ireland: delivery times vary depending on destination — please allow additional time for international orders

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Delivery Notes & Exceptions

While we aim to meet all dispatch and delivery targets, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Weekends and public holidays

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Courier delays or service disruptions

  • High seasonal demand

Certain locations may require additional delivery time.


High Volume Orders

During peak periods (such as promotions or holidays), dispatch times may be slightly extended.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside of Ireland, you may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by us.


Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Please check your tracking information

  2. If the item is confirmed as undelivered, contact us at support@yemonutrition.com

We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement.


Returns on Sealed Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any products that have been opened or where the tamper-evident seal has been broken, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
